Lifting the ban on the export of packaging paper

According to Fars news agency, Mohammad Mehdi Baradaran, the Deputy General Industries of the Ministry of Security, sent a letter to Peymanpak, the head of the Iran Trade Development Organization, to lift the ban on the export of packaging paper.
In the letter of Mohammad Mehdi Baradaran, Deputy Minister of Silence, to Alireza Peyman Pak, the head of the Iran Trade Development Organization, it is stated;
Referring to the letter No. 60.18720 dated 1401.8.1 Office of Export and Import Regulations and letter No. 60.178589 dated 23.7.1401 Cellulosic, Printing and Stationery Industries Office attached to the meeting “removing restrictions on industrial activities and tariff protection” (subject of letter No. 60.174754 dated 1401.7 18), please order to take the necessary action according to the usual rules regarding “removing the ban on the export of packaging paper under tariff number 48059210”.
According to Fars report, following the order of the Ministry of Security to lift the ban on the export of wrapping paper, customs issued a notice.
The customs notification states:

Greetings and Regards;
Pursuant to Circular No. 33.97.1342339 dated 11.1.1397, the subject of export of some goods is attached to the image of letter No. 60.203088 dated November 23rd 1401 of the Office of Export and Import Regulations of the Ministry of Security attached to letter No. 60.19440 dated 8.9.1401 of the Deputy General Industries of that Ministry regarding The export of packaging paper is sent only under the announced tariff (48059210) in order to act according to the provisions of the said letter in compliance with all the current laws and regulations.
