According to the Mehr news agency, citing the public relations of the project, the documentary “Moshak Nam Laili” in honor of Gholamhossein Amirkhani, the lasting face of calligraphy and the head of the Supreme Council of the Iranian Calligraphers Association, directed by Maryam Talebi Anarki, will be aired on Sunday, July 26th at 21:00 on Sima Documentary Network.
This documentary is the 10th film from the “Chunan Saro” series, which was commissioned by Sima documentary channel and produced by Mustafa Razzaq Karimi from this TV channel.
Pointing to the importance of understanding the history of the greats in the field of art and culture, Talebi Anarki said: When it comes to celebrities and style owners in the history of art, we should generally know them through historical books. It is rare that we get the chance to meet them up close. Gholamhossein Amirkhani is one of the rare men who, fortunately, breathes in our time, whose presence should be closely understood.
Referring to the personality of this prominent Iranian calligraphy master, he added: Master Amirkhani’s character, behavior and depth of thinking are unique, and of course, they have a special moral and artistic approach, which has been tried in the documentary “Mashq Nam Laili” in the form of a conversation with the master himself, the students. and their relatives should be paid for it.
The director of the documentary “Mashq Nam Laili” went on to say: “In this film, the condition, thoughts and conduct of Master Amirkhani are narrated by figures such as Hassan Balkhari, the head of the Department of Higher Art Studies of Tehran University and the head of the Association of Artifacts and Cultural Honors, Yadullah Kabuli, a member of the Supreme Council of the Calligraphers Association. Iran, Mojtaba Sabzeh is a master of calligraphy and one of the students of Amir Khani, Keyvan Saket, a famous musician and player of the tar and three strings, Ali Shirazi, a member of the Supreme Council of the Iranian Calligraphers Association, Amir Ahmad Filafi and Mojtaba Malekzadeh, masters of calligraphy and calligraphy, Sogol Meshaikhi, a hafizist and commentator on the Masnavi of Iran. And Hossein Razavi Fard, a professor of art and calligraphy research, is depicted.
