Hosseini added: “Another measure for the prosperity and leap of production should be decentralization and increase the powers of provincial managers in the economic field to save cost and time and implement the plan better.”

He considers the delegation of some government responsibilities to the private sector in recent years as an effective step in reducing bureaucracy and says: with the efforts of Khorasan Razavi officials and in order to delegate some powers to private sector organizations, issuing industrial establishment licenses to the House of Industry , Mining and Trade of Khorasan Razavi has been assigned and from 12 July this year, establishment licenses for industrial investors in various fields will be issued by this house under the supervision of the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization.
