Luxury residents are waiting for taxes – Trade News

According to Tejarat News, paragraph 6 of Note 6 of the 1401 budget bill states:
In 1401, the residential units and gardens of expensive villas are subject to annual property tax as follows:
1-1- For a surplus of one hundred billion rials to one hundred and fifty billion rials, one in a thousand
1-2- In relation to the surplus of one hundred and fifty billion Rials to two hundred and fifty billion Rials, two per thousand
1-3- In relation to the surplus of two hundred and fifty billion rials to four hundred billion rials, three per thousand
1-4- In relation to the surplus of four hundred billion Rials to six hundred billion Rials, four per thousand
1-5- In relation to the surplus of six hundred billion Rials and above, five per thousand
2. The following are not subject to this tax:
2-1- Residential units and gardens of villas under construction
2-2- Residential units and gardens of villas in the year of acquisition
Also, in paragraph (x) of note 6 of next year’s budget bill, it is stated: Also, according to paragraph x of note 6 of budget bill 1401, the first definitive transfer of newly constructed buildings, whether residential or not, has not been more than 3 years since their construction date. They will be subject to a 2.5% tax.
