After housing, car buyers have the most profit. In the last year, this market has grown by 16.4%.

According to the report of the Statistics Center of Iran, the index of durable goods, which includes cars, was 673 units at the end of October this year. At the end of October last year, this index was at the level of 578 units.

Exchange

The third most profitable market in a recent year is the capital market. The capital of the shareholders of this market has grown by 1.6% in the past year.

According to the reports of the stock exchange organization, the total stock index was at the level of one million and 412 thousand units a year ago, but at the end of October this year, with a growth of 24 thousand units, it stood at the level of one million and 436 thousand units.

Over the past year, investors in the two gold and dollar markets have suffered negative returns of 10.7 percent and negative 4.5 percent, respectively.

The price of each gram of gold has decreased by 138 thousand tomans in the last year.
