Maskan Bank was chosen as the winner of the National “Knowledge-Based Public Relations” Festival


According to the financial news report, quoted by Maskan Bank news site, the closing ceremony of this festival coincides with the 23rd anniversary of Dr. Hamid Nataki, the founder of public relations in Iran, and the World Public Relations Day, on July 25, by the Association of Specialists in this field and the Public Relations Association. Iran was held.

In this ceremony, Mehdi Sandgol Nizami, the director of public relations and management of Maskan Bank, was honored with a plaque of appreciation as the chosen public relations in two areas: “Intelligent monitoring of public opinion in the virtual space” and “Electronic survey to measure the level of customer satisfaction”.

On the sidelines of this ceremony and in an interview with Hibna reporter, Sandgol Nizami said: With the aim of improving the quality of services, Maskan Bank has always tried to measure the level of customer satisfaction with the bank’s services by using new technologies and smart tools.

He added: The results of the analysis of these evaluations will be used to improve the level of service and customer satisfaction.

Sandgol Nizami emphasized: The approach of using new technologies in other public relations departments in the bank will continue strongly.

In this gathering, Professor Baqer Sarokhani, the father of sociology of communication, addressed the activists in the field of public relations, stating that you must remove knowledge from monopoly, and said: Public relations has the characteristic of introducing the organization to the world.

Emphasizing that public relations should be leading, promising and effective, Professor Sarokhani added: You are the architects of people’s minds.

Also, Khosro Rafiei, head of Iran Public Relations Association, Hadi Kamrai, vice president of this association, and Nora Moradi, spokesperson of Environmental Protection Organization, also gave speeches.

According to this report, in Maskan Bank, virtual space is monitored real-time through an intelligent system, and content analysis experts prepare monthly or thematic reports based on news waves.

Also, in line with its social responsibility and environmental protection, this bank has replaced physical questionnaires and traditional methods with an electronic system for measuring customer satisfaction.
