Maskan Bank’s financial support for the development of the country’s maritime fleet

According to the financial news report, quoted by Hibna, according to this memorandum, which was signed by Seyed Abbas Hosseini, the CEO of Maskan Bank, and Ali Akbar Safai, the CEO of the Ports and Maritime Organization; Bank Maskan pays facilities to the port organization for the development of various sub-sectors of the maritime and port economy.
Hosseini, the CEO of Maskan Bank, on the sidelines of the signing ceremony of this memorandum, referring to the emphasis of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development to use all the capacities of the Ministry to advance the goals, especially to increase production in the country, said: Maskan Bank is considered the bank that is the agent of the Ministry and fulfills its various responsibilities. He will have an active presence on this institution in the field of rail, sea, housing, etc.
Expressing his satisfaction with this agreement, he said: the agency contract for the funds managed by the Ports and Maritime Organization has also been signed following the same issue, and it is a platform to emphasize the issue of assistance and support to Maskan Bank in fulfilling the great mission of this bank.
Hosseini expressed his hope that this contract will be a source of good and effect for the ministry, dear people, as well as the advancement of affairs.
Safaei, CEO of the Ports and Maritime Organization, also said: the memorandum with Maskan Bank regarding the managed funds was signed at the same time as the Supreme Leader’s announcement regarding the need to develop sea-oriented policies.
In this regard, he continued: Renovating the commercial fleet, the fleet of port and marine service vessels and marine port equipment is one of the tasks of the organization, and according to this contract, the resources of the Ports Organization are stored as managed funds in Maskan Bank and transferred from there to private sectors. Applicants for the construction of vessels and the development of marine activities should be granted facilities.
Safaei added: This agreement will eventually lead to the construction of a huge amount of new vessels inside the country, the prosperity of the maritime economy and the employment of sailors and beachgoers.
