In the continuation of this meeting, Mohsen Soleimani Farsani addressed the issue and stated regarding the form of holding this period of the Basij Theater Festival: the 13th festival will be held nationwide in December; But the structure of holding this festival until the final stage, which will start in December and Basij week, is that a festival will be held in all provinces, and the invitation will be announced separately in each province in addition to the nationwide invitation, and the applicant and interested groups will be invited. They will participate in the Basij Theater Festival in these sections, then the selected ones of each province will be announced to the national festival in the street and stage sections. In the playwriting section, dear playwrights who are active in this field will directly enter the national festival. .

He added: As you are aware, the Basij Theater Festival will be held after a five-six-year hiatus, which itself was a great damage to this festival. At the level of the armed forces, many festivals are held, including the resistance theater festival, Sanger theater festival, Fatah Khorramshahr festival, etc., all of which commemorate the epics of the revolution and holy defense. We hope that the Basij Theater Festival will continue to operate regularly from now on.
