Meet the Sony Xperia 1 IV

After the introduction of the Xperia 1 IV yesterday, Sony officially unveiled another product of this family, the Xperia 10 IV. At first glance, you might think that this phone does not have any special changes in appearance, but just like the flagship model of this series, it offers significant changes in the hardware part. Stay tuned to Lyon Tak.
Sony has used a 6.5-inch OLED display for the Xperia 10 IV with support for FHD Plus resolution, 60Hz refresh rate and 21: 9 aspect ratio. Thanks to the Triluminous panel, we now see more light intensity. In addition, the model is equipped with a Gorilla Glass Victus screen protector.
Technical specifications of Xperia 10 IV
The fourth generation of the Xperia 10 family is now thinner than before, which also reduces the weight of the product. Accordingly, the Xperia 10 IV will weigh only 161 grams, which makes it one of the lightest 5G phones with a 5000 mAh battery among smartphones.
This model, like other phones on the market, is offered with the aim of supporting the environment without a charger. If you need a separate charger, keep in mind that Sony’s new phone still supports 30 watts of charge.
Another change in the hardware part is related to its chip; Sony has used Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 695 5G chip for the Xperia 10 IV (instead of the 8-nanometer SD690 chip in the Xperia 10 III). However, the composition of the cameras remains intact, and this phone also uses a triple array including a 12-megapixel main lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel telephoto lens. There’s also an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front of the product.
Price and time of supply
The Xperia 10 IV main camera is equipped with various features such as auto HDR, dedicated night mode, AI-based face recognition for selfies. One of the weaknesses of Sony’s new phone is the lack of support for 4K video recording, which is mainly due to the limitations of the Snapdragon 695 5G chip.
Other features of the Xperia 10 IV include a 3.5mm headphone jack, LDAC support, IP68 certification and Android 12 operating system. It is said that this product will be available in black, white, green and purple. It should be noted that the new Sony phone will be available in a single configuration and with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory at a price of 499 euros from next month.
