According to the Mehr news agency and quoting the Wrestling Federation, the wrestling delegations of the provinces of East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, Ardabil, Zanjan and Gilan signed a memorandum of cooperation.
This memorandum was hosted by Ardabil province and with the presence of Sajjad Anoshirvani, director general of sports and youth and Abdolreza Iqbal, chairman of Ardabil province wrestling delegation, Abbas Mohammadi, chairman of Zanjan province wrestling delegation, Amir Razizadeh, chairman of Gilan province wrestling delegation, Ali Alizadeh, chairman of East Azerbaijan province wrestling delegation And Ismail Kiomarsi, the head of the wrestling delegation of West Azerbaijan province, was signed.
Some of the provisions of this memorandum are as follows:
1- Holding the northwest league of the country in different age categories
2- Holding joint camps with the presence of wrestlers of different age groups
3- Using international and national referees in each other’s competitions
4- Using each other’s coaches
5- Holding coaching and refereeing training classes
6- Using the facilities of the ship’s crews
