Meteorological Organization warns of strong winds and dust in the country


According to the Moj news agency, the country’s meteorological organization issued an orange warning against strong winds, dust and warnings with a decrease in air quality from today and tomorrow.

The affected area of ​​the risk today in the provinces of Khuzestan, Bushehr, Ilam, Kermanshah, Kurdistan, the southern half of West Azerbaijan, Lorestan, Hamadan, Markazi, Qom, Isfahan, Yazd, North Khorasan, Semnan, Alborz and Tehran and tomorrow in the provinces of Khuzestan, Bushehr, Ilam and Kermanshah.

According to the Meteorological Organization, the continuation of the pollution index is unhealthy (in the border provinces is very unhealthy), reduced radius of view, traffic disruption, broken trees, damage to temporary structures and the possibility of flight delays are the effects of this hazard. In this regard, it is recommended to avoid being outdoors for all groups, the strength of temporary structures such as billboards, etc., not to park the car next to worn trees and semi-finished buildings.

According to ISNA, the orange color warning of the Meteorological Organization predicts that atmospheric phenomena will have negative effects and cause possible damages. The orange alert is issued to prepare the responsible devices to deal with a harmful phenomenon.

The Meteorological Agency also issued a yellow warning again announcing the continuation of wind, dust and dust, increasing air pollution index and strong winds from Tuesday to Thursday (May 27 to 29).

These weather conditions on Tuesday in Khorasan Razavi, Golestan, Fars, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, East Azerbaijan and Zanjan, Wednesday in Yazd, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, western half of Fars, Isfahan, Semnan, Khorasan Razavi, Khorasan South, Northeast of Kerman, North of Sistan and Baluchestan, Hamedan, Lorestan, Markazi, Kurdistan, Qom and Tehran and Thursday in West Azerbaijan, Kurdistan, Kermanshah, Ilam, Khuzestan, Bushehr, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Yazd, Semnan, South Khorasan, North Sistan and Baluchestan, the eastern strip of Kerman is expected.

This risk is associated with reduced air quality, reduced visibility, the possibility of damage to dust-sensitive industries, the possibility of traffic disruption, the possibility of damage to temporary structures, the possibility of breaking fallen trees and falling objects from heights. Outdoors, especially for vulnerable people, advised caution in suburban traffic, especially on desert roads, the strength of temporary structures, no traffic and parking around worn-out trees and half-finished buildings, and no spraying of gardens and shrines.
