Meteorology issued a yellow pollution warning in 7 cities


The Meteorological Organization has issued a yellow level warning of worsening air pollution in 7 cities, including Tehran, and recommended that optimal management be applied in the consumption of fossil fuels.

​, based on the synoptic and forward-looking maps of the organization Meteorology Today with activity Precipitation system Scattered showers will occur in some areas of Bushehr, Fars, Kerman, slopes and heights of southern and central Zagros.

On Monday, the rain system strengthened and affected parts of Khuzestan, Yazd, Isfahan, Hormozgan, Sistan and Baluchistan and south of South Khorasan, causing showers, thunderstorms, temporary strong winds and snowfall in the highlands.

On Tuesday, the rain system in the provinces of Kerman, Sistan and Baluchestan and Hormozgan will cause scattered rains and wind and will gradually move out of the country.

Rain is predicted for the coastal provinces of the Caspian Sea tomorrow and on Wednesday, and calm and stable weather is expected in other regions of the country until the end of the week. Also, until Wednesday, due to the relative stillness of the air in industrial cities and metropolises, including Tehran, Karaj, Isfahan, Arak, Mashhad and Tabriz, the concentration of atmospheric pollutants will increase and decrease air quality it is expected.

Today and tomorrow the Persian Gulf and on Monday the Caspian Sea will be rough.
