It should be mentioned that in these weather conditions, road, rail and air transport fleets are disrupted, mountain roads and cold places are slippery due to snowfall, roads are flooded, rivers flood, roads are flooded, temporary strong winds, lightning, damage to structures. Temporary, including banners, scaffolding, billboards and breaking old trees and damage to machinery and garden and agricultural products are not far from expected.

According to the recommendation of the Meteorological Organization, refrain from stopping on riverbeds and banks, be careful in crossing the banks of rivers and canals, refrain from mountain climbing activities and the movement of nomads, limit construction activities, prepare executive and relief agencies and clean the opening of bridges, dredging canals and waterways. Avoiding car parking next to worn-out trees and half-finished buildings and transferring agricultural products to standard warehouses, road preparation for snow removal in passes and cold places should be on the agenda.

The Meteorological Organization has issued another orange warning: from Friday morning to Saturday morning, 26 to 27 November, temporary strong winds with a maximum speed of 20-30 knots and an increase in the height of the waves on the coast by 1.5 to 2 meters and far from the coast by more than 2 5 meters is predicted in the Caspian Sea, the coastal and offshore areas of Gilan, Mazandaran and Golestan provinces.

In these weather conditions, there is a possibility of damage to fishing cages and nets, a possibility of damage to boats and small vessels, and a possibility of damage to marine facilities. Therefore, the Meteorological Organization is limited in preventing the movement of light and recreational boats, limiting the entry and exit of ships to the port. It recommends stopping the traffic of commercial ships and fishing activities and supporting offshore industries and taking the necessary measures by all maritime activists.
