Meteorology warned about the increase in air pollution in Tehran
The General Department of Meteorology of Tehran province announced: The concentration of atmospheric pollutants and the reduction of air quality have increased to an unhealthy level for all groups.
According to Moj News Agency, the General Directorate of Meteorology of Tehran province issued an orange level warning of the continuation of the relative stability of the atmosphere, the absence of significant wind and the increase in the concentration of atmospheric pollutants, especially particles less than 2.5 microns, and the decrease in air quality and pollution from Friday to morning. Saturday (December 25 to 26) was announced in the cities of Tehran, Islamshahr, Baharestan, Pakdasht, Pishva, Qods, Ray, Shahryar, Rabat Karim Qarchak, Mallard and Varamin.
As a result of this atmospheric hazard, accumulation of pollutants, increase in air pollution index, decrease in air quality to an unhealthy level are predicted for all groups.
Tehran General Directorate of Meteorology to prevent the damage caused by this dangerous weather, avoid unnecessary traffic for all groups, avoid physical and sports activities in the open air, reduce the traffic of cars, control the activity of industrial units, manage fixed and mobile polluting sources, take measures It is necessary for rescuers to take necessary management measures to prevent the concentration of pollutants from increasing to an unhealthy level.
