Microfacilities under 100 million tomans with validation without guarantor

Company news ; “Validation” to receive micro-facilities has replaced the introduction of a guarantor since the end of last year, and therefore, applicants for micro-facilities under 100 million Tomans do not need to introduce a guarantor.

In the first months of its activity, the 13th government announced the promise of paying micro-facilities without guarantors, considering the strictness of banks in paying loans to the people and the need to introduce two valid guarantors for obtaining facilities. In this framework, in January 1400, for the first time, the Ministry of Economy notified 13 state banks of the plan to pay micro-facilities without guarantors.

In this regard, on February 2, 1400, Seyyed Ehsan Khandozi, the Minister of Economy, published a message on his personal page in cyberspace and stated: “Pledge of loyalty, with the circular of the Ministry of Economy and following the meeting of the President last week, the banks under this ministry were obliged to provide facilities Under 100 million tomans, salary earners and pensioners with a suitable credit rating (from the bank where they receive their salary) should do it without a guarantor.

In this law, a guarantor is not required to receive loans up to 50 million tomans, and only a letter of deduction from the applicant’s salary is sufficient. In loans of 50 to 100 million tomans, in addition to the salary deduction letter, a promissory note or check is also received from the applicant.

In order to facilitate the payment of micro-facilities to customers and to fulfill the approach of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, the Bank of Saderat Iran has put on the agenda the payment of micro-facilities of up to 100 million Tomans in the form of a Murabaha credit card with a contract period of up to 36 months and repayment in equal and monthly installments. This contract, validation and verification of repayment ability is the condition of issuing the card. Also, private sector workers whose salaries are paid through Iran’s Export Bank can use this facility in the form of a Murabaha credit card up to 50 million Tomans without a guarantor and only by obtaining a salary deduction letter.

Applicants who have already received Iran Export Bank credit card can receive this facility only after the debt is fully settled.

According to the statistics published in the first year of the 13th government and until the end of August 1401, Bank Saderat Iran has paid 120,000 loans without guarantor in the amount of 26,300 billion Rials to eligible people.

The condition for obtaining the ability to repay is that the total salary and continuous benefits of the applicant after deducting legal deductions (including taxes, insurance and pension, etc.) are at least twice the installments of the facility. The interest rate of this facility is also the rate approved by the Credit Union.
