He added: “But this amount of car imports does not solve the problem.” Because in the country’s car market, the accumulated demand is very high and the transactions that take place in the market also have an investment aspect.
The expert explained: the problems of the car market can not be solved by liberalizing imports. Rather, only people who are looking to buy foreign cars will achieve their goal. But the problem of the masses of society persists.
Amini continued: “It seems that these imports are done only with the aim of increasing revenue and preventing the government budget deficit, not meeting demand in the car market.” With the liberalization of imports, one can not hope that economic cars will enter the country for the general consumption of the society.
