The ceremony started with playing tambourine by women of Simorgh group. After that, Sonia Puriyamin, as the host of the program, while welcoming the dear and educated women who had gathered from all over Iran, expressed her gratitude and said: the problem of us women is that we do not know each other.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Dr. Atefeh Khademi, advisor to the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, said: We are looking for the realization of the principle of justice in the field of culture and media. The people of culture, art and media, especially women in the provinces suffer from strangeness and their access to facilities is less, but we are determined to get to know you and you are the ambassadors of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in the provinces and so on. You are invited to attend the ceremony with a network of female artists. One of the characteristics of our group is the presence of different branches of art in the ceremony.
Then the performance theater directed and written by Maryam Shabani, a university lecturer, was performed. The show “Fatima” is a poetic and mystical interpretation of the life of Hazrat Zahra in 7 episodes, 3 episodes of which were performed by the group of women of holy art.
In the other part of the ceremony, Nafisa Sadat Mousavi, winner of Simorgh’s best song at Fajr Poetry Festival last year, came to the stage and recited a ghazal that she had written in honor of the audience.

Maryam Puriamin, the secretary of the Pen Association, author, researcher and film critic, was one of the other speakers of this program, who said: We stood tall for dear Islamic Iran and stood behind our men and taught our wives and children to love the country. Today our task is very heavy. Artistic and cultural management in the field of women has performed very poorly and a part of it is due to us women. We need to identify and promote talent. We must strengthen management in the field of women with effort and determination and prove ourselves in the field of organization building. As a veteran cultural director, I say that if we women are not together, we will not progress in the field of management. More than ever, the field of culture and art is witnessing the presence of capable women. There is a reason to ask the cultural directors why there was not a female judge in different fields at the Fajr Film Festival this year? Why is the place of women in the field of politics empty for women and families? Today, the whole world is harming Iranian women, why don’t the authorities use women in this field? Committed women must be identified in this field and their existence should be used for the benefit of Islamic values.
We expect an urgent executive order for women to be implemented
Mahnaz Mazaheri, the editor-in-chief of Qunun newspaper, said in another section: I am supposed to be the voice of women. Due to my 40 years of activity in the field of culture and art, membership and responsibility in councils, and field visits to the activities of women in the cities and provinces of the country, I state that women have a high rank in educational centers, but in the workplace, they are in unrelated and low-level jobs. . In cultural fields, decisions are made without the presence of women. Many facilities are allocated in internal approvals that women are outside of this circle, and many women do not even have the capital to weave carpets.
In the reverse migration from the villages and the reduction of social damage, women are the main pillar, and it is necessary and necessary to pay serious attention to women’s professions such as carpet weaving. Although it is good to hear women’s demands and challenges, we expect an urgent executive order to be applied and implemented for women. The distance of some people from the center should not be considered as an obstacle for the manifestation of their talents
Dr. Esmaili – the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance – who arrived a little late to the ceremony, said: Our whole goal is to implement cultural justice in its full meaning in the country. Cultural justice means that all strata of society can realize their potential talents and capacities regardless of regional, accent, gender differences, etc. The distance of some people from the center should not be considered as an obstacle for the manifestation of their talents. Cultural justice means that men and women should go forward in the path of vigorous cultural activity regardless of gender difference and that this difference should not be the source of discrimination.
With this view, all members of the society should be able to move. Today, thanks to the Islamic revolution, the situation of our women is progressive and exceptional. Women have dedicated new spaces of activism to themselves, but we still have a long way to go before we reach the point of mass media. There are obstacles in this way. There are 4 real characters in the Supreme Council of Cinema, two of whom are women; Mrs. Shah Hosseini and Mrs. Derakhsandeh.
There is a woman member in the Council for Issuing Show Licenses. I never officially had a women’s advisor in the Ministry of Culture because I don’t agree to reduce the entire field of women to a counseling center, wherever possible, women should work.
There should be a space for us to face numerous and widespread elections of women. In this year’s festival, we had two first-time female directors and we gave the Goharshad special award to Mrs. Lily Aaj for the film “Colonel Soraya”.
In the music festival, a special prize of the Ministry of Guidance was awarded to a work honoring women. Anshaa.. in next year’s meeting, let’s all feel that some problems have been solved and some steps have been taken. Today, there is a special view of women in the government. Last month, we held a meeting of influential women. We want to have special meetings and conferences to introduce top female figures.
Paying attention to the issue of hijab and veiling in the artistic community, forming a virtual network of active women in the field of culture, art and media, following up on financial arrears and awards for women artists, creating women’s art training centers in different cities were among the other demands of the women present at this banquet.
