Minister of Guidance goes to Lebanon / pays tribute to the martyrs of the resistance in Beirut


According to Fars News Agency, the Iranian Cultural Week entitled “Fajr Cultural Days” in Lebanon, which will begin on Monday (March 30), will open with the presence of Mohammad Mehdi Ismaili. The opening ceremony will take place in the amphitheater of the Lebanese Arts Association “Resalat” in Beirut.

For this purpose, our Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Mohammad Mehdi Ismaili, arrived in Lebanon yesterday at the head of a cultural and artistic delegation, and upon his arrival in Beirut, he was officially welcomed by the Minister of Culture and other cultural and artistic officials of this country.

In his first program in Lebanon, he answered reporters’ questions at a press conference explaining the purpose of his trip and presence in the country.
Ismaili also visited various sections of Al-Manar news network.

The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, emphasizing that in addition to expertise, faith is needed to confront the media ambush, added: “Al-Manar network has been able to shine in the media space due to its proximity to the Ahl al-Bayt and the martyrs.”
Ismaili praised the managers and reporters of this media network, saying: “We hope to be able to strengthen the media flow in the region with the help of media such as Al-Manar network.”
The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance emphasized: At the beginning of the work of the People’s Government headed by Ayatollah Ra’isi, he obliged the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance to make a serious and effective presence and presence in the world media market, especially in the region.
He added: “This action is on the agenda of this ministry and we hope that with the cooperation of Al-Manar network, we will be able to create a new and strong media stronghold in this field.”
Ismaili expressed hope that the visit to Lebanon would be a source of new developments in the two countries’ media.

The martyrs had a cordial meeting and conversation.
The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance has traveled to Lebanon to participate in the Iranian Cultural Week. This cultural and artistic event will open on Monday, March 30, 2009 with the performance of the National Orchestra of Iran.
