He said: “We are witnessing the presence of great artists in the scenes of traditional and ritual plays.” During my time in the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, I have traveled to cities such as Marand, Ahar, etc. to attend local rituals and theaters, and I intend to participate in these programs, and this is not symbolic, but It is done with the aim of examining and solving the problems of artists as much as possible.

He emphasized: I ask the new Deputy Minister of Arts to pay attention to all regions of the country in the field of arts and create an atmosphere for the prosperity of this sector.

The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance continued: “Facilitating and creating a lively atmosphere for artists, including theater artists, is our duty in the government, and so far we have tried to provide the grounds for growth and excellence in this field.”

He emphasized: We need to develop art disciplines in universities. We emphasize that there should be a girls ‘conservatory and a boys’ conservatory in all cities.

The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance said: “I call on the people of culture and art to deepen their relationship with this ministry, and we will try to do everything we can to promote the culture and art of the country.”

At the same time, he clarified: Completing the cultural infrastructure is one of the government’s priorities, and for example, in the recent trip we had to Lorestan with the President, 200 billion tomans were allocated to complete the central hall of this province.

He added: “For example, we have started this action in Khorramabad, Semnan, Zanjan, Ardabil and Shiraz, and we plan to open 11 large central halls in Iran, which have a capacity of 1,200 to 1,500 people.”

He continued by emphasizing the need to provide cultural and artistic infrastructure: If there is no infrastructure, the growth and excellence of art and artists can not be achieved.

Ismaili also said about content production policy: “Training human resources is one of our priorities.” Currently, 11 areas deprived of students have registered and the training will start next month.

In the end, he emphasized the existence of borders between local and foreign artists: the country’s artists are under a big umbrella called Iran and we support all of them.
