Minister of Labor: The first link in job creation is idea generation / the need to rank ideas
According to IRNA’s economic correspondent, “Hojjatullah Abdolmaleki” said on Wednesday at the end of the first festival of employment-generating ideas and entrepreneurship: “Ideation is a missing link of ideas, so an idea means identifying a need and solving it, which must emerge and Run.
He pointed out that the identification of entrepreneurial and job-creating ideas has started in the Deputy for Employment and Entrepreneurship Development, and said: “Identifying the best entrepreneurial ideas is one of the important parts of the national employment ecosystem.”
The Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare added: “We have many capacities in the country that will enable us to achieve sustainable employment, and we need ideas in this regard.”
He said that the system and festival of ideas and entrepreneurship should be systematized, he said: the festival of ideas was implemented in 2 months and 4,600 ideas reached the secretariat of the festival, while 90% of people who have ideas were not informed about the festival. Because there was no cost for advertising the festival.
Abdul Maleki said: “We have serious plans to receive ideas and support entrepreneurs. The secretariat of this festival has been formed and an entrepreneurial ideas registration system has been placed on the ministry’s website, according to which interested parties and idea creators can register their designs.”
He noted: “Every three months, the ideas are evaluated and the best ideas are sent to the departments and companies under this ministry. We believe that many of these ideas can be implemented in economic units.”
The Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, stating that entrepreneurship and idea generation are the most important components of job creation, said: “Each of these ideas, if implemented, will create thousands of employment opportunities.”
Referring to the ranking of top ideas, he stressed: “These ideas should be graded and placed in the categories of gold, silver and other ideas in order to be facilitated by supporting practical ideas.”
Abdul Maleki emphasized: “We will have maximum support for idea makers and entrepreneurs, these ideas will be pursued by government agencies and some of these ideas will be used for the national employment ecosystem and the Ministry of Labor will become its customer.”
Emphasizing on investing in the implementation of ideas, he said: “Ideators should be introduced to people with capital and a relationship should be established, so people who have capital and are interested in creating employment should also be identified.”
The Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare noted: “We must create a professional market idea to support the creation of ideas, while good ideas find their place.”
He described “absolute poverty alleviation”, “organization of pension funds”, “organization of economic enterprises” and “employment ecosystem plan” as four major projects of the Ministry of Labor and said: in the second step of the Islamic Revolution towards the creation of a new Islamic civilization Moving globally at the level of entrepreneurship, this government seeks to facilitate the business environment.
