According to Tejarat News, Roads and Urban Development Minister Mehrdad Bazarpash said at the opening ceremony of 10,000 housing units in Mehr Pardis: Building 10,000 housing units is a time-consuming and difficult task because the coordination of the housing production chain has many complexities.
One hundred thousand Mehr housing units were completed and delivered in the 13th government
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development, while appreciating the CEO of the New Cities Imran Company, as well as the CEO of the Pardis Company and his colleagues and others involved in completing the housing units, said: 240,000 uncompleted housing units were inherited by the 13th government without providing financial resources. And there was no approved budget, and sometimes the applicants were waiting for more than 12 years for the delivery of their housing units, which was done with great difficulty by the 13th government by equipping resources, and now we are witnessing the delivery of 10,000 residential units in the campus.
Bazarpash announced the completion of 140,000 units of Mehr housing until the end of the 13th government and added: 7,000 units will be delivered in the campus by the fall, 12,000 units by the end of this year, and all units will be delivered by the end of the 13th government.
According to him, a team consisting of legal members and officials has been formed to investigate the legal problems of the remaining Mehr housing units, which will take the necessary measures to resolve the existing issues.
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development announced that currently more than 1,760,000 residential units are being implemented in the form of the National Housing Movement plan and said: With great efforts, more than 50,000 hectares of land were provided for the construction of National Housing Movement units. The process continues.
He called the allocation of land for the youth project of the population as one of the other significant issues in the field of housing and said: a total of 32,000 plots of land will be delivered to the applicants under the title of the youth project during this month.
He added: The preparation of each piece of land costs 200 million tomans for the government, which is a difficult task, but the government insists on doing it.
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development stated: According to the statistics of the Central Bank and the Statistics Center, there was a positive jump in the housing and construction sector during this year, in the sense that in the spring of last year, the housing growth was negative, and this year, according to the statistics center, this growth was positive by 4.6 percent. Receipt.
Cooperate to reduce the inflation of the banking system
He stated: In order to reduce inflation, it is necessary to boost the production and supply of housing, and in this way, all the elements, including the banking system, should have effective help in this way.
He also mentioned the movement to reduce the cost of housing as one of the other issues being pursued and said: We are trying to make other factors of housing production, including construction materials and steel, available to builders and the housing sector at a cheaper price, because this is It is the president’s emphasis and everyone must obey it.
Bazarpash listed the organization of the real estate and rental market and the supervision of real estate consulting companies as other things being done by the government and said: We are trying to reduce speculation in the National Housing Movement to zero and people who do not have housing to become homeowners.
He emphasized on organizing and increasing the campus public transportation fleet and said: campus transportation should be easier and cheaper to serve the people.
