According to the economic reporter of Fars News Agency, Seyed Reza Fatemi Amin, on the sidelines of the “Made in Iran Technology and Innovation Day” ceremony, told reporters about the latest situation of car imports: What should have been done in the government regarding car imports has been done, so that The car import regulations have been approved and the import conditions have been simplified. Also, necessary arrangements have been made with environmental and standard organizations and there are no problems in these cases.

He stated: Since a month ago, car importing companies have been engaged in work, so there has been no delay in car importation.

Fatemi Amin stated: The car import process has been stopped for four years, so the importing companies have to sign contracts with their business partners, as such negotiations take time.

He stated that there is no obstacle for the import of cars from the government, and said: The government even facilitates the import conditions.

The Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade stated in relation to the completion of the comprehensive trade system and the cooperation of customs with this system: Customs is one of several organizations that are connected to the comprehensive system, currently the connection between customs and the comprehensive trade system is established, but more data is needed. In this regard, reforms must be made and customs software must be completed.

Fatemi Amin said: The product flow is monitored in the comprehensive trade system, and one of the tasks that has started since the beginning of Mehr is to interact with all production units so that they register their production statistics in the comprehensive trade system every month.
