Ministry of Road’s plan to build business houses/which business owners are the priority?

According to Tejarat News, Mehrdad Bazarpash, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, announced the readiness of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to provide houses for university faculty members, university employees, as well as married couples’ dormitories.

The Minister of Roads stated: The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development is ready to take effective steps regarding the housing of university faculty, staff and married dormitories in cooperation with universities and the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.

He added: If any technical and professional university units have surplus land, they will give it to produce housing so that it can be used in the production of houses in joint cooperation with the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.

Bazerpash said: The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development cooperates with the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, Azad University, as well as technical and professional units in the production of housing and the implementation of the National Movement Plan in order to speed up the implementation of the Law on Jumping Housing Production.

He stated: Next year, our universities will lead the movement of producing houses for professors, university employees and married dormitories.
