Mirtaja al-Dini: We are pursuing the iron ore quota in the parliament

He added: “In the previous period, the quota of steel raw materials in the amount of one million and 750 thousand tons was raised, which unfortunately was not achieved, and therefore this issue needs to be followed up through the members of Isfahan Parliament and we are also following this resolution.”

The Deputy Chairman of the Program and Budget Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly stated: The founders of Isfahan Steel had considered the mines next to this factory, but with the separation of the mines of this factory, they had problems in supplying raw materials and therefore the officials need to pay special attention to Steel that does not have raw material quotas and energy subsidies.

Mir Taj al-Dini continued to produce rails in Isfahan Steel and stated: I have closely observed the production of this strategic product in Zobahan and as an Iranian I am proud of this production.

He continued: “In the past, we were importers of rails, but hard-working iron smelting workers gave self-sufficiency in the production of this product to the Iranians.”

The representative of the people of Tabriz in the Islamic Consultative Assembly said: Isfahan Steel has announced its readiness to meet all domestic needs and we also support national production.
