According to the Iran Economist, quoting the Iranian tax media, Dr. Davood Manzoor stated that one of the important programs of the tax system is to fight corruption and also deal seriously with tax evasion. A fair and equitable tax, all managers of the organization must deal with corruption with one voice and decisively.
He added: “The supervisory and security units of the country’s tax affairs organization must deal seriously with any violations and corruption and deal with this issue with authority and intelligence.”
The head of the country’s tax affairs organization further stressed the need to promote tax-oriented thinking and culture with the approach of increasing taxpayers’ satisfaction, improving tax compliance and simultaneously protecting the rights of the government and taxpayers.
Dr. Manzoor, also pointing out that organizational culture, administrative ethics and the level of knowledge and expertise of colleagues are very effective in promoting the efficiency of the organization and the satisfaction of taxpayers, said: The tax system should move towards knowledge-based, professionalism and ethics.
He said that communication with taxpayers should be included in the daily schedule of managers. Strengthen the organization’s public relations center with the number 1526 to pay special attention to communication with taxpayers.
