More than 25,000 people settled in the holy shrines of South Khorasan

According to the report of Aria Heritage, quoting the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of South Khorasan, Hojjatoleslam Parviz Bakhshi-Pour said on Wednesday, April 23: “The spring tranquility project in 45 holy shrines of the province will continue until April 4.”
The director general of endowments and charitable affairs of South Khorasan stated: “162 suites in holy shrines and 525 shrines in South Khorasan province are ready to receive Nowruz travelers.”
“Permanent accommodation is provided in the holy shrines of the province with more than 700 rooms and a capacity of 3,000 people per night, as well as temporary accommodation in these places with 4,200 people per night,” said Hojjatoleslam Bakhshipour.
“From the beginning of the spring trial (March 19, 1400) to April 2, more than 125,000 pilgrims visited the holy shrines of the province,” he said.
Hojjatoleslam Bakhshipour called the spring tranquility project the largest endowment Nowruz program and said: “In this project, several programs are on the agenda, including setting up tents of knowledge and cultural competitions in 27 tombs.”
