The director general of cultural heritage, tourism and handicrafts of South Khorasan said: “We in the cultural heritage complex believe that the more we reach the middle of the Nowruz holiday, the less visits and visits and the more accommodation and accommodation of travelers.”
“So far, the cities of Tabas, Ferdows, Bashravieh and Birjand have the highest number of tourists and travelers, respectively,” Ramezani said.
“From March 18, 2014 to April 2, 2009, 928 people stayed in hotels in South Khorasan, which is slightly more than 50 percent of the province’s hotel capacity,” he said in a statistical analysis of Nowruz travelers’ accommodation.
He added: “During this period, 252 people have stayed in tourist complexes, 954 people in guesthouses, 1511 people in eco-lodges, 54,000 people in guest houses and 204,000 people in temporary accommodations including camps, parks and travel tents.” . »
“About 14,000 people were accommodated in the province’s education accommodation facilities, and 5,891 people were reported to have been accommodated in other accommodation centers, including office dormitories and student dormitories,” Ramezani said.
“We hope that South Khorasan will be one of the tourist destinations in terms of travelers’ accommodation this year, although the same amount of accommodation will greatly help the tourism economy and villages,” he said.
“Ticket sales online are very good online in the province and show the welcome of historical attractions, especially museums,” Ramezani said.
The director general of the South Khorasan governorate’s crisis management also said at the meeting: “By the order of the governor’s deputy for coordination of civil affairs, intrusive visits were made to emergency bases, highways and the Red Crescent in recent days, and the forces are working harder than before.”
Seyyed Abolhassan Mirjalili added: “It was decided that the rescue vehicles of the executive apparatus will be stationed by the roadside in the evening and the traffic lights will be on for the safety and encouragement of the passengers and tourists.”
“So far, six people have died in accidents in the province, which is equal to the same period last year, although in recent years we have seen very little passenger traffic due to the corona outbreak, and we hope the number of accidents and fatalities will be reduced to a minimum,” he said.
The director of the Petroleum Products Distribution Company in the South Khorasan region also said: “The average sales of gasoline in 1400 was 1.5 million liters, which is an increase of about 21 percent compared to the same period in 1998.”
Ghorban Ali Mardani added: “The highest consumption of gasoline with 23% is related to Tabas city, 21% to central Birjand, Ghainat 19%, Ferdows 18% and Nehbandan 17%.”
“Regarding oil and gas consumption, the growth rate in the country was negative, but compared to the same period in 1998, we have increased by 9% in South Khorasan,” he said.
“In 1400, about 230 million liters of oil and gas were supplied to the gas power plant, and in 1998, it was 216 million liters, which shows a growth of 6 percent,” said the director of the South Khorasan Petroleum Products Distribution Company.
“The condition of the fuel and inventory stations is very good and we do not have a problem with the supply of oil and gas products,” he said.
