More than 2,986 units of delinquent real estate consultants were sealed in the country – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, a representative of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development said: In the past month, 32,000 real estate consultants in the country were visited, of which 2,986 trade unions were sealed.

Alireza Mehli this morning, on the 1st of Shahrivar, on the sidelines of his trip to Bandar Abbas, added: These violating trade unions were fined more than 134 billion and 900 million tomans.

Stating that the lack of rates, permits, not providing commission receipts and overselling were among the most important violations of real estate consultants, he clarified: more than eight million Iranians are tenants who should be registered in the rental system and receive a free tracking code.

Stating that there are more than 1,000 real estate consultants in Hormozgan, Mehli added: Owners will not be subject to the empty house tax by registering their properties in the National Real Estate and Documents System.

He pointed out that by registering tenants in the National Real Estate Documents System in the lease section, traders cannot interfere in the rent of an individual in the coming years, he said: In the past month, 700 real estate consultants in Hormozgan province were inspected and Of these, 25 violators were sealed.

Stating that these violating trade unions were fined more than one billion and 600 million tomans, Mehli pointed out that if citizens see any violations, they can contact the 135 government punishment system of the province.
