Khazaei said: The Iranian Cinema Association has allocated 70% of its credits to the cities, and it has also been allocated to the Center for the Development of Documentary and Experimental Cinema and the Farabi Cinema Foundation, the director of provincial affairs to deal with the provinces and support provincial filmmakers.

He named the production issue as one of the challenges of the provinces and explained: In this context, the regulation of the provincial producer has been codified and will be announced soon, according to which the license will be given to the provincial producer.

Referring to the organization of film schools across the country, the head of the country’s film organization said: the development of lesson plans, ratings, granting of teaching qualification cards and the holding of the first school film festival this year are among the measures taken in this field.

According to him, by the end of this year, the equipment needed by the country’s youth cinema offices will be purchased and distributed among them, and the National Animation Foundation will also start working next year.

Khazai asked the provincial artists to ask the parliament representatives of their province to approve a provincial budget for cinematographers so that each province has a separate budget for the development of cinema and its cinematographic productions.

Fixing the housing of cinematographers, pension insurance, strengthening trade unions in the provinces, paying attention to the international field, equipping some infrastructures, solving the problem of production and directing in the provinces, allocating support funds to city films were among the other things that the head of the country’s cinema organization paid.
