Mortgage extension without the need to purchase bonds

According to Tejarat News, the specialized bank of the housing sector announced: the possibility of receiving half of the mortgage from the place of purchase of housing facility bonds and the other half from the place of non-deposit resources of the mentioned bank has been extended until the end of February 20, 2010.

According to the state-owned bank, this measure has been taken in order to support applicants for housing, strengthen the purchasing power of different segments of society and reduce the cost of obtaining housing facilities.

The decision made regarding the mortgage will also be extended to the fake loan.

It is worth mentioning that currently the ceiling of housing purchase facilities for Tehranian couples is 400 million Tomans along with a fake loan of 80 million Tomans and the ceiling of a single Tehran mortgage is 200 million Tomans with a fake loan of 80 million Tomans.
