MSI TITAN GT77 2023 gaming laptop is going to be equipped with a Mini-LED panel with 4K resolution and 144 Hz refresh rate. This display is a major upgrade over the 120 Hz 4K display used in last year’s model. The new panel not only has a higher refresh rate, but also supports the HDR1000 standard and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage, and its color accuracy is factory calibrated.

A few months ago, after Intel’s Alder Lake-HX processors were released, MSI revived the TITAN series of laptops using these processors. HX series processors are desktop class processors for laptops with the same number of cores as desktop models. By the way, Intel is going to release Raptor Lake-HX processors with 24 cores by the end of this year.

As the slide below shows, the MSI TITAN GT77 2023 laptop is going to be equipped with “the latest Intel Core i9 HX processor” and “the new generation of GeForce graphics cards”. Although there is no direct reference to any processor or graphics card, it is easy to guess the specifications of this laptop. Nvidia is also going to release RTX 40 graphics cards for laptops soon. The current generation of MSI TITAN laptops can easily support a 250W CPU+GPU configuration, which is more than enough even for the laptop version of the RTX 4090 graphics card.
