According to Tejarat News, Mehdi Khakpour, the vice president of financing of Damavand Capital Supply Company, regarding the benefits of issuing stock bonds, stated: Murabaha bonds are one of the new tools in order to provide capital in accordance with the principles and laws in the Islamic framework. which can have an effect on diversification in the field of financing companies, especially investment companies and holdings.
He clarified: Murabaha shares have less legal requirements compared to other securities available in the market, which accelerates the process and the time process of obtaining its license.
Damavand’s vice president of financing said: In the financial market of other countries, especially Islamic countries, companies use various Islamic financial instruments, the implementation of stock exchange bonds in the country required the provision of some legal and Shariah infrastructures, which were approved in cooperation with the Securities and Exchange Organization. In this regard, the permission to issue the first stock exchange bonds in the country for Shahr Financial Group was obtained from the Securities and Exchange Organization. The place of consumption of the resources obtained from the issuance of shares of Shahr Financial Group will be for the purchase of shares on the stock exchange and over the counter.
Khakpour stated: “Morabahe stock bonds can be used as a helping arm in financing investment companies and holding companies in the conditions of booming stock market and help to obtain profitability and proper efficiency of this group of companies in the conditions of booming market.”
He added: Murabahah bonds can be an effective tool to get out of such a situation in a situation where the stock market is facing a recession and help support the stock market in a recession.
