The first point is that the fee is very small for each statistical sample and person in which an interview is conducted, a very small figure. Because in some months the number of these works does not even reach 5-6, these amounts do not advance the work. The second point is that colleagues who have a history of 20 years in the broadcasting group, do not have any seniority. This is despite the fact that these people have worked for 20 years hoping for insurance and employment.

The editor-in-chief of the campaign “Demand for the establishment of insurance and pensions for radio questioners” added: Another basic problem of questioners is the lack of social security insurance, which was done arbitrarily during the presence of various officials in the organization. For a long time, no insurance premium was paid and only half of the insurance amount was paid for people who paid voluntary insurance.
