My Persian Reduction of bank lending in the shadow of rial disparity and wrong directive policies

According to the report of Iran Economist, the audience of the news agency recently received a campaign titled “Follow up of banks’ facilities to their employeesThey have registered in my Fars.
In this campaign, it is written: Considering the obvious confusion of the situation of the banks and the undeniable impact of their behavior on the current economic situation of the country, and considering the election promises of the president, first of all, from the president, and then from the central bank and the parliament, especially the chairman of the parliament. We expect them to start the change of track in the banking system by pursuing and punishing the possible violators of this report and show their will to solve the important issue of irregular payment of facilities to bank employees and free the country from this chronic problem once and for all.
* Reduction of bank lending in the shadow of rial imbalance and wrong policies
In this regard, we went to Bahauddin Hosseini Hashemi, the former CEO of Saderat Bank, in an interview with Iran Economist, he stated: The issue of banks lending to their employees has been raised as a job privilege like other administrative and even non-administrative organizations since before the revolution. and it is only a motivating factor to raise the level of employees’ work quality.
He added: the volume of facilities that banks pay to their employees is not very large compared to other facilities, on the other hand, if these facilities of banks are cut off to their employees, maybe only a quarter of the credit shortage problem will be solved in a phased manner, so Such issues must be dealt with in a radical way.
Hosseini Hashemi said: The main reason for the lack of credits of banks in providing loans to applicants is the heavy rial disparity of banks, which makes them unable to meet all the demands of customers.
He added: Of course, it is necessary to mention the other main problems of banks in this regard, such as the wrong policies and the government’s heavy indebtedness to the banks to reduce the possibility of providing facilities to the banks.
* The necessity of supervision of the Central Bank and the Ministry of Economy on bank facilitation
In this regard, we followed up the aspects of the issue from one of the experts in the field of banking and insurance; Hossein Tawakal told Iran Economist: Due to the lack of a monitoring system in some economic fields of the country, we are witnessing the creation of rents in some sectors of the economic field, including banks.
He added: It is necessary for the government to pay due attention to the demands of other applicants by creating a regulatory and financial system that is regulated by banks as well as non-profit institutions.
He added: People’s complaints about the lack of financial credits in many banks in the field of providing loans and facilities are right, and this issue has been left without attention for several years.
The banking and economics expert emphasized: while banks complain about the lack of financial resources and problems such as sanctions, they provide the largest share of credits to their employees in the form of job privileges, and this is why some people complain about the lack of loans or They complain about the creation of various obstacles by the banks for the payment of facilities.
Tawakkel continued: In order to provide low-cost car and housing loans to their employees, some banks allocate a large portion of their credit fund in the form of long-term repayment and as a deduction from their salaries to their employees’ loans and call it a job bonus.
He said: In order to get out of this issue, it is necessary for upstream institutions such as the Central Bank and the Ministry of Economy and Finance to monitor the transparency of banks’ assets and monitor the granting of facilities.
