My Persian Request for allocation of shares for those born in 1400

According to the economic reporter of Fars News Agency, some audience members of “Fars Man” system registered the issue of “1400 born to be shareholders of the stock exchange” and demanded an answer from the authorities.
The audience wrote: “According to the youth population law, the government is obliged to allocate government shares to those born in 1400 and later, but unfortunately, in a very strange and far from justice action, the Minister of Economy announced that it is not possible to allocate shares to those born in 1400 and Only those born in 1401 onwards will be given these shares.
According to the economic reporter of Fars News Agency, according to Article 11 of the law on supporting the family and the youth of the population, approved on October 24, 1400, the Islamic Council of the Government is obliged to pay an amount of 10 million Rials for each child born since the beginning of 1400, up to an annual limit of 10,000. billion Rials only for the purchase of units of exchange-traded investment funds in the name of the child. This figure for the year 1401 was set at 15 million rials for each child born. For the following years, figures must be determined and provided credit in the budget law for 7 years.
According to Note 1 of this article, the annual inflation rate announced by Iran Statistics Center is added to the amount mentioned in this article every year. Also, according to note two of this article, the administrator is allowed to move between the units of the investment funds that are the subject of this article. Withdrawal of financial resources resulting from the sale of investment fund units is allowed only after marriage or in case of unmarriage after the age of twenty-four.
Seyyed Ehsan Khandozi, Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, said: In Article 11 of the Youth Population Law, the Ministry of Economy was obliged to consider shares for babies every year. This number for babies born in 1401 is one and a half million tomans of shares per baby.
He added: Parents choose the bank portal and choose one of the tradable funds (ETF). This stock can be withdrawn by that child at the age of 24, and it will become a valuable investment for the formation of his life.
Therefore, the report has placed the choice of stock funds on the parents, we have more than 104 stock funds in the capital market, and in this assignment, 35 funds can be selected by the parents. Parents can choose 3 funds for their children.
