My Persian Request to deal with offensive advertisements in Aparat

“Aparat, as an internal video sharing service, is obliged to act according to the laws of the country and in accordance with Islamic affairs, but unfortunately, we are witnessing that breaking the norms in the advertisements of this site is increasing day by day.
Broadcasting this type of advertisement is included in the set of rules of the site: the videos should not contradict the moral and customs of the Islamic society. Videos with unauthorized lyrics cannot be published on Aparat. In case of non-compliance with the above rules, Aparat can remove the video, block the channel or block the possibility of uploading videos, but unfortunately, not only immoral videos and against Islamic laws and practices are published on the Aparat site, and Aparat does not prevent their publication, but also videos which is published by the official account of Aparat and the advertisement that is broadcasted by Aparat at the beginning of the clips is against the regulations included in the set of rules of this site and is obliged to act according to it according to the law. For this reason, with a complaint from the officials of the Aparat site, we request the relevant officials in the Ministry of Culture and Guidance to deal decisively and legally with this type of norm-breaking advertising in the Aparat service.

Unfortunately, with the unbridled expansion of virtual space and social media, many platforms for providing and broadcasting audio-visual content have also become hotter than in the past, and to such an extent that it is increasing and expanding moment by moment, which makes monitoring and controlling all of them a very difficult task. And it has become time-consuming. In the meantime, the officials of many of these platforms have not violated any laws by respecting and obeying the laws, but some also make mistakes with cases that are on the border between law and lawlessness, which should be warned in the first place. But there are also some who knowingly break the norms and abuse the existing conditions, and their actions should be prevented by the appropriate action of the competent authorities.

However, these days we see some advertisements and images being broadcast on the Aparat video streaming platform, which content is not compatible with our Islamic principles and values. Broadcasting that breaks norms, as its title suggests, targets the norms of society and has many negative effects. First, it will cause bad education and will have an inappropriate effect especially on young people and teenagers, and secondly, it can gradually lead to role modeling and change of behavior in this future-making segment of the country. Undoubtedly, this procedure is a way towards “cultural liberalism” in which individual and collective freedoms lead to liberation from national, religious, human and moral norms. If there is no proper control over such content, a worrying future can await any society, the examples of which are from the society before the revolution of our own country to numerous examples in other countries that broke the moral bonds of the society and history has shown that They were led astray.

Therefore, this is a warning for those in charge of monitoring such platforms to pay more attention to monitoring and evaluating the broadcasted content.
