Aslani emphasized: the commission fee of real estate consultants will be calculated only with the card reader installed in the real estate consultant’s office.

He added: Any services of real estate consultants are dependent on the fact that transactions are registered in the country’s real estate and housing systems and tracking codes are obtained. Otherwise, it will be recognized as an empty house and subject to the tax of empty houses.

He said: It was also decided that a bank guarantee will be taken from the subsidy bank card or equity shares of the applicants for housing loan and deposit if they are able to pay the installments of this facility, and there is no need for other collateral and even their taking is prohibited.

According to Aslani, the priority of the recipients of housing deposit facilities was determined with low-income tenant households, deciles one to three, households with three or more children, and young couples.
