It is about 2500 liters per second, after the drinking and agricultural consumption of the people of the surrounding villages, the surplus flows into the Gamasiyab River. Sar Ab Gyan is one of the important natural tourism centers of Nahavand city and Hamadan province, and usually, besides the people of the province, it always welcomes many domestic and foreign friends. On the way to this mirage, natural forest with an area of ​​more than 100 hectares can be seen in abundance.

Sarab Gamsiab Gamasab is the source of one of the longest rivers in the country, which originates from the foothills of Mount Gro and continues along Mount Groh and receives the water of many rivers such as Haram Ab, Qalkal Rood and Khorram Rood, and after irrigating the agricultural fields of Nahavand plain It joins Qarasu and Simre rivers, then Karkheh and finally Horul Azim. This river is called Qarasu in Kermanshah province, Simre in Lorestan province and Karkheh in Khuzestan province. Along the way of this river, by constructing a hydroelectric power station and fish breeding ponds, they have exploited in electricity production and fish breeding, this bubbling spring with special natural features is considered one of the main tourist attractions in the province.

Also, Sarab Melosan is located 17 km north of Nahavand city.
