A story that begins in Ghadir
The director of the fourth season of “Lonelier than Christ” talked about the changes of this season in an interview with Fars news agency. Hassan Bezra also said about the change in the nature of this field show: “The items have changed and I can say that our view has also changed. In the “Red Road” chapter, we start from the day of Ghadir and come to the story of the succession of Amir al-Mu’minin (AS) and we have a different perspective on what happened in Ghadir and before Ghadir and on the way of the Prophet’s (PBUH) caravan and repeatedly to The life of the Prophet (PBUH) was attempted so that he would not introduce Amirul Momineen (PBUH) as his successor. In the same way, we will come to the usurpation of Fadak, which was an important event in history, and we will see the story of desecration and martyrdom of Hazrat Zahra (PBUH). Then we witness the oppression of Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), his silence and patience and staying at home. After that, we will see the martyrdom of Imam Ali (a.s.) and we will narrate the reason for the peace of Imam Hassan Mojtaba (a.s.) and under what conditions he made peace until his martyrdom is discussed and the story of the movement of the Martyrs (a.s.) towards Karbala and We come to the invitation of the Kufians. Finally, the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (AS) will be exhibited.
Hassan Bezra, director of “Lonelier than Christ; Rahe Sorkh” appeared on Channel 2’s “Sobhahane Irani” program yesterday and explained about the new and fourth season of this field show.
Director of “Lonelier than Christ; Rahe Sorkh” said in the program “Iranian Breakfast” about the performance of the fourth season of this field show: This year, the fourth season of the field show “Lonelier than Christ” is being performed, which is accompanied by newer events in the content. A chapter called “The Red Road” has been added, which actually starts from Ghadir and ends with the martyrdom of Hazrat Zahra (pbuh), the martyrdom of Amir al-Mu’minin (pbuh), the martyrdom of Imam Hassan (pbuh) and finally we will witness the events that happened in Karbala. has fallen. It can be said that the show is a short cut of the events of the five people of Al-Abba and the martyrdom of these nobles. The actors are more than 200 people, which reaches more than 600 people with behind-the-scenes agents and other friends.
This show does not exist anywhere in the world in such a form
In response to the question of what a field show is and how it is defined in general, Bezra said: I can boldly say that this type of show does not exist anywhere in the world in such a form. In the searches I have done, I have seen far more magnificent works; But they are not in this form and style, and such shows are only unique to Iran itself. Behzad Behzadpour was originally the creator of this type of shows, and then I continued this work as I had the honor of being a student next to him. The show is performed in an open and wide environment with very large sets, heavy and real production. Such an event cannot happen in the hall. It is possible in the cinema; But this is not possible in the theater.
Field show is a combination of cinema, television and drama
The director added: It can be said that the field show is a combination of cinema, television and drama. These three are combined with special effects, lighting, stage, decor, images, etc., and all these together form the field show. It is also implemented in a three-dimensional way. In addition to the opposite side of the stage; There is a stage to the right and left of the audience. In the way that the audience witnesses the events in the heart of the event and in the middle of the field.
Stating that many people are working behind the scenes to raise and lower the curtains, he said: Based on the content and the curtains that are there, the curtains are raised and lowered, and in a fraction of a minute, these sets are completely automatically removed from the stage. and new decorations are introduced. These events create a different atmosphere.
Pointing out that behind the scenes of such field shows is a huge show, Bezra said: this volume of agents who are moving around until a curtain is lowered and something happens behind it, so that when the audience sees what is on the stage, everything is in order. and fresh and clean; It is not an easy task. This happens while 200-300 people behind the scenes are trying to make all these events happen correctly in front of the audience.
Hassan Bezra also said: A waiting hall has been set up in Velayat Park for the performance of the field show “Lighting of Night Tar”, which is similar to one of the courtyards of the shrine of Imam Reza (a.s.) so that the audience can wait for the performance to start there and be entertained. Use other facilities like prayer hall.
The cost of the show is covered by the audience through “cultural vow”.
He also explained about “Cultural Vow”: the cost of the show is covered by the audience through “Cultural Vow” and with these donations, 2,500 people watch the show every night. A cultural vow is a vow of tears, which in my opinion is one of the best vows. In a situation where it is difficult to produce such cultural works and it becomes difficult to work; A cultural vow is the best way to keep the light of the field show on. Thousands of other vows can be made; But this vow costs the soul. That’s why I think it will have a much greater impact.
Bezra said about how to get a ticket: Registration is done through the Nematicet website, and you can get a performance ticket by entering this website and registering the national code. The show will be staged in two sessions at 19:00 and 21:00.
Hasan Bezra answered the question of what differences he has found in field shows over the years compared to the past. He said: After Behzad Behzadpour, Saeed Esmaili took over field shows, which recently produced “Manic Season” which is also a product of Oj organization. It was staged in Hamadan. What has happened now after gaining years of experience in this field is the technicalization of scenes, incidents and events, as well as the diversification of its contents and topics.
He added: Diversity in content will ensure that the audience does not face a repetitive issue and will receive more suitable food every time. I think the team we work with has been together for over 10 years. Keeping friends together has improved both technique and mutual understanding. Usually, it rarely happens that people stay together for such work. As a result of all this, the field show has reached maturity and in the future we will be 100% better than this. But finally, there are obstacles that must be overcome so that we can do more glorious and better things.
According to Fars, the field show “Lonelier than Christ; The Red Road” is a product of Oj Media Art Organization, which goes on the stage of Velayat Park every two sessions with the efforts of Simai Ghoqnos Media Art Institute.
