Nasrallah: The achievement of the 2006 war was to neutralize America’s new Middle East plan

According to IRNA’s Al-Mayadeen report, the Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah stated at the beginning of his speech: “I offer my condolences to Seyed Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, the leader of the Yemeni Ansarullah movement, and the people of this country on the passing away of Allameh Abd Salam, Secretary General of the Yemen Ulama Union.”

He added: The late Allamah Abdul Salam spent his life defending the issues of the Islamic Ummah, especially Palestine and Quds.

Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah said: One of the achievements of the resistance in the Tammuz war (July 2006) was the destruction of America’s new Middle East plan.

The Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah added: Today, there are new versions of the New Middle East Plan, and the US President’s visit will take place within this framework.

He further said: Today’s America is different from the America of 2003 and 2006, and the old president of the United States is an image of an American who has entered the aging stage.

Nasrallah added: Two issues have brought US President Joe Biden to the region, the first is to convince the Persian Gulf countries to export oil and gas, which advances the issue of Israel.

The Secretary General of Hezbollah added: The first and decisive mission of the Americans as a result of the war between Russia and Ukraine is to create an alternative to Russian gas for Europe.

He also said that the American president has absolutely nothing to offer to the Palestinian people during his visit to occupied Palestine.

About the Yemeni ceasefire, Nasrallah said that what Joe Biden should request is not an extension of the ceasefire, but an end to the war and blockade of Yemen and a meeting to find a solution to the Yemeni crisis.

He added: Among the achievements of the Tammuz war was the establishment of rules of deterrence between Lebanon and the enemy. All Israelis know that the words of Israeli War Minister Benny Gantz about Lebanon are nonsense.

The Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah advised Gantz to review the experience of the last days of the Tammuz War when they decided to enter Bent Jbeil in southern Lebanon.

Nasrallah added: Israelis should consider the environment, capabilities and geography, which are all in favor of the resistance, when making their own calculations about the war.

In another part of his speech, he said: Lebanon’s golden opportunity to extract gas and oil is only one or two months, and after this time, the cost will increase. Don’t let Americans fool you and waste your time.

The Secretary General of Hezbollah said to the Lebanese authorities that if you do not establish your maritime rights before September, after this deadline, more costs must be paid.

Nasrallah added: We do not consider the Americans as mediators, but as a party that works for the benefit of “Israel” and puts pressure on the Lebanese side.

He added: The two issues that brought the American mediator Amos Hokeshtian to the recent negotiations, one was the urgent need to provide an alternative to Russian gas, as well as the serious threats of the resistance.

The Secretary General of Hezbollah stated that the need for oil and gas is the weakness of the enemy, in contrast to Lebanon’s strength, which is its ability to disrupt it. Resistance is the only power that Lebanon has to get its oil and gas rights.

Nasrallah said: We did not agree and we did not promise anyone that we will not do anything and that we will wait for negotiations. It is our right to take any action at the right time and size to pressure the enemy.

In another part of his speech, he discussed the issue of sending resistance drones to the disputed Karish gas field and said: For the first time in Israel’s history, 3 drones flew towards them at the same time.

Hezbollah Secretary General added: We can send more than one drone at the same time and we can send armed and unarmed drones.

Nasrallah added: The message of these drones was that we are serious and we are taking action, and the Israelis and Americans understood this message seriously.

He said: We have different options in air, sea and land and all of them are on the table. Everything is in the service of the case of the Lebanese maritime rights negotiations, we will present it in the right size and at the right time.

The Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah added: “The issue of defining borders is vital and the only way to save Lebanon and its people, and we will not engage in psychological warfare on this issue.”

He further called for a unified position of the Lebanese regarding the country’s maritime rights, away from any differences, and said: “If the choice is not to help Lebanon and push it towards collapse, then it is more honorable to threaten war and even go to war.”

Nasrallah said: I tell the enemy and the Americans that the message of the drones is a humble beginning for what we can go towards.

The Secretary General of Hezbollah of Lebanon added: “If the issues do not reach a good point, we will not stay at this point.” Record this equation “Karish” and we then “Karish”. We monitor all oil fields, wells and platforms along the Palestinian border.
