National housing prices remained stable – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, Khalil Mohabbateh said: This year we will definitely have a new registration for the National Housing Movement in Tehran province. This issue depends on the opinion of the ministry, but the registration system may be opened in May.

He said about the price of the units of the National Housing Movement: The price for the contracts concluded last year is fixed and we will proceed with the work based on that. The contracts are legal and the contractors must deliver the units accordingly. Last year’s rate was based on the price list of 1401. If we see a new contract this year, it will be concluded based on 1402.

Mohabbateh Khah clarified: The price of units depends on the number of floors, facilities, common areas and area, and it is not possible to announce a fixed rate for all projects.

Director General of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran Province, referring to the provision of land for housing construction, said: This year, we will provide all the land that has been identified for the national housing movement plan. If there is a need to change the usage and annex, we will take the necessary measures.

He also said about the removal of seizure from government lands during Nowruz holidays: from March 27 last year to April 13 this year, the land protection unit of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development was on alert in all cities of Tehran province, and about 7.6 hectares were removed from National lands took place.

Mohabbateh Khah reminded: A significant part of the captures took place in the east of Tehran province, Firozkoh, Damavand and its suburbs. In some cases, walls were built and buildings were built, which were completely removed.
