He added: The three main factors of combined wars are now inside the country, because in new wars, it is no longer economical to send troops into the countries, as a result, countries try to use the factors inside the opposite country. One of the main factors is negligence; Negligence is found when emotions affect people’s logic and make them do illogical things. The most effective emotion is anger and rage, which moves the work of the enemy forward.

The researcher of the Islamic Revolution field said: One of the components of neglect is the formation of dissatisfaction at all levels of society, which causes anger in them. People display this anger in different situations, and in this way, they are neglected.

Alian continued: There is negligence among the people and officials, and each can be dissatisfied with the other for some reasons. Solving these issues has many complexities and we need to get out of the cycle of gradual angering so as not to play on the battlefield.

He added: After negligence, the issue of ignorance arises. Ignorance is divided into two categories; First, ignorance is knowledge in which people are not aware of historical and social issues. In the second example, there is managerial ignorance that causes wrong actions; Management ignorance makes officials not accept the mistakes in the system and make the society uncomfortable with old patterns.

He stated: After neglect and war, we come to treason, which is very hidden; Betrayal shows itself in the flow of influence and influence also has four components. The first component creates a disturbance in the affairs of the officials of the system, in the second stage it creates a calculation disturbance, the third component is creating wrong decision-making, which finally ends in the wrong decision in the fourth component.

The researcher of the Islamic Revolution field said: The most correct way to deal with these three cases is to separate them; We need to manage neglect to suppress them. After that, we must eliminate the flow of ignorance with the help of education and put aside managerial ignorance. Finally, the flow of betrayal must be dealt with with resistance.
