Negotiations of the delegations of Iran, Russia, Syria and Turkey at the Astana summit – Mehr news agency Iran and world’s news

According to Mehr News Agency, citing Anatolia News Agency, the negotiations of the delegations of Iran, Russia, Syria and Turkey in the framework of the 20th Astana Summit ended on the first day of the meeting.
On the first day of the Astana summit, these delegations also held bilateral, tripartite and quadrilateral negotiations.
Today, the Turkish delegation held bilateral meetings with the delegations of Iran, Russia and Giri Pedersen, the UN special envoy for Syria.
The issue of the road map for the normalization of Turkish-Syrian relations was discussed for the first time in the quadrilateral meeting.
Burak Akcapar, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, headed the Ankara delegation in this meeting.
Also, the Moscow delegation was led by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, the Tehran delegation was headed by Ali Asghar Khaji, the advisor to the Iranian Foreign Minister on Political Affairs, and the Damascus delegation was headed by Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Ayman Sosan.
This quadrilateral meeting lasted about 2 hours.
