According to the public relations report of Tejaratno Insurance; In this meeting, which was chaired by Ehsan Moradi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tejaratno Insurance and attended by more than 95% of the shareholders, the performance of the Board of Directors, the balance sheet and the financial statements of this company in the financial year ending on 29 March 1400 were approved by the shareholders present in the meeting. and the net profit of the company was declared equal to 250 billion Rials, and based on the decision of the assembly, it was decided to distribute 10 Rials per share and the rest to be allocated to the accumulated profit account to be used for capital increase in the near future.
In the year 1400, Tejaratno Insurance Company managed to achieve a net profit of about 250 billion Rials and with the approval of the assembly, it was distributed to the shareholders amounting to 60 billion Rials (10 Rials per share).
According to the audited financial statements of the year, the gross profit of the insurance activities of the company was about 1744 billion Rials, which means that Tejaratno Insurance Company can be counted among the insurance companies that have earned profit from their insurance operations.
After this matter, the shareholders were given the opportunity to raise their questions, which finally got approved by the assembly by answering the financial statements of the company for the mentioned financial period.
