He added: “According to this, in any city where land is not available, applicants will be organized in the nearest adjacent city, provided the land is provided.” There is no need to provide housing in the same city, but we can organize the applicants in case of lack of land in neighboring cities, which will be notified to the applicants.

The Director General of the Housing Economics Office continued: “In the system of the National Housing Movement, there is an announcement regarding the non-supply of lands in the requested city, and the cities where housing is provided.”

Aslani stated: When applicants enter the system and try to choose a city, a notice will be opened for them to study the registration conditions and then choose a city.

Regarding the registration refinements of the applicants for the National Housing Movement project, he explained: “Most of the refinements have been done online.” There are a number of registrations whose conditions have not yet been met.

According to the official, as soon as the applicants register, the three conditions of being married and the head of the household, without private property and not using government facilities, will be fulfilled systematically from the beginning of the revolution, and finally will be implemented in two to three days.

He considered the examination of the fourth condition, which is a history of five years of residence, to be related to the provinces, and said: Regarding the five-year history of residence, the refined applicants were referred to the provincial card to verify the accuracy of this case.

According to this law, self-employed women, provided they are at least 35 years old, physically and physically disabled, and 20 years old, can participate in the Housing Production Leap Law (National Housing Movement). Also, the law does not set an age limit for heads of households as these people are defined as heads of households and it is a criterion for the legislator to be married or to be a head of household. At the same time, male and female heads of households who live single due to divorce and are the guardians of their children are considered households and can register without age criteria.

According to the decision of the Supreme Housing Council, single men over the age of 45 and special patients can register with the National Housing Movement with the approval of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. Also, the National Housing Movement system is now open for single men over the age of 23, and they can register in the system until February 11th.
