New condition for registration of the National Housing Movement for single people

According to Tejarat News, Rostam Ghasemi said: The age of Mr. Mojarad’s registrants in the National Housing Movement system has reached 23 years and their registration will start on January 11th. Registrants must make a notarized commitment at the time of registration that they were married at the time of delivery of the unit, otherwise the unit will be charged to them at the expert price.

“For cheaper housing construction, land, building permits, plans and designs provided by the engineering system are free,” he said.

Saman system is designed for registration of homeless applicants and so far more than 2.4 million people have registered in this system and today the registration deadline for 460 cities expires.
