New Deputy Foreign Ministers, Supervisors and International Central Bank have been appointed

Afshin Khani is a PhD student in Business Administration, majoring in Business Policy at the University of Tehran.
For more than 20 years, he has been a member of the Board of Directors and Deputy Minister of International Affairs of Bank Saderat Iran, Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Foreign Exchange Department of Bank Saderat Iran, Chairman of Sepehr Exchange and a member of the High Foreign Exchange and Credit Committees of Bank Saderat Iran has been active.
Membership in the Banking Committee of the Chamber of Commerce, Export Advisor to the Vice President for Science, Advisor to the Strategic Research Institute of the Expediency Council and more than 15 years of experience in teaching various courses in various fields of banking, especially foreign exchange and international banking. Currency is the central bank.
Abuzar Soroush, the new Deputy Supervisor of the Central Bank, also has a PhD in Financial Management from the University of Tehran and is a lecturer at this university.
He has previously served for more than 7 years in positions such as chairman and board member of the Export Development Bank of Iran and member of the board of directors of Gharz al-Hasna Resalat Bank.
A member of the National Elite Foundation, a member of the board of directors of the National Islamic Association of Iran, a member of the Capital Market Rules and Regulations Committee and a member of the working group for formulating a five-year development plan are other records of the new Deputy Supervisor of the Central Bank.
Soroush has also published books on “Financial Management”, “Financial Institutions, Guide to Securities Market Law” and “Investing in the Stock Exchange”, as well as numerous articles in various financial and banking fields.
In another decree, the Governor of the Central Bank also appointed Mohsen Karimi as the International Deputy Governor of the Central Bank.
Karimi holds a PhD in Economics, Monetary and Financial Orientation from Allameh Tabatabai University.
He also holds a master’s degree in economic systems engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
Karimi is on the negotiating team as a representative of the Central Bank during the recent nuclear talks.
Executor of ECO Regional Payment System Project, Executor of various projects in the field of International Banking, Member of the Special Economic Measures Headquarters and Senior Researcher of the Central Bank in the field of International Economy, from 1988 to 1990, is the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank.
He also has numerous articles and researches in the fields of international and foreign exchange, especially in the field of payment systems and bank settlement and messaging systems.
