One of its most important approvals was approved by the heads of the three powers at the same time as the plan of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development for the housing rental market was sent to the Islamic Council, on the basis of which it was decided that the rent ceiling in Tehran would be 25% and 20% in other cities.

He reminded: On the other hand, a consultation was also conducted with the authority of the supreme leader that his jurisprudence answers many questions raised in this regard.

He stated: With the help of this resolution, about 80% of tenants are not required to move and only about 15-20% of the tenant population need to move.

Referring to the package plan of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, in tomorrow’s meeting of the government board, he said: All real estate units in the country should be registered with a tracking code in a system in the Ministry of Security, and it is decided that this system will be transferred to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development. With the placement of this system in the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, we will get important information that will help to plan for the necessary monitoring and controls in the housing rental market in the coming years.

The Minister of Roads and Urban Development emphasized: The responsible for controlling the housing rental network through this system in the provinces are the provincial road and urban development departments, which should follow up on this issue by establishing a special center or headquarters.

Ghasemi stated that in the coming years, with the creation of more software and systems, the controls on the rental market will be more precise, and said: the housing rental contract is a personal contract between two real persons, and the conditions of the country require us to follow the implementation of this resolution in order to control the housing rental market. .
