Prioritizing the introduction of applicants in order to obtain a loan and deposit

Aslani emphasized: If the landlords comply with this order or enter into long-term rental contracts that are more than two years, an incentive package will be considered for them.

Stating that this incentive package is the payment of bank facilities for landlords, he said: The mentioned package will include housing improvement facilities or incentives such as discounts and tax exemptions, which the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and the Central Bank, is obliged to compile and implement.
