“New Insurance” application was launched
According to the financial news, citing the public relations of the Novin Insurance Company, in order to provide digital services and easy access to insurance information for policyholders and insured, the company launched its own application called “Novin Insurance Companion”.
The “New Insurance Companion” mobile software provides services such as viewing and querying information on all active and expired insurance policies, insurance premium amounts or paid installments, received amounts (damages received, life insurance loans, etc.) at the disposal of customers.
In “New Insurance Companion”, users are reminded of the renewal time of insurance policies, and in order to facilitate the issuance of car body insurance policies, it is possible to perform an initial inspection of the car in real time and online by selected branches, counters and issuing units.
Other features of this software include the possibility of viewing the address and contact number of medical centers contracted by the new insurance company and providing appropriate routing on the software map to access these centers, as well as searching for the address and information of branches and representatives.
